Kapal is the kappa mascot of Shiki City in Saitama Prefecture.He always carries around a cucumber as a snack and to feed his friends. In 2018 Kapal won the Yuruchara Grand Prix.

Kapal is a very talented musician.He is currently the bassist in the band Charamel featuring Nyango Star, Akkuma and Funassyi. He is also in the band GCB47. Being a rock star has made him famous across Japan.
